RETURNS & REFUNDS

Returns

We offer refunds and exchanges on all full priced items returned to us unused, in their original condition. For a return to be eligible you must notify us of the return via email to montehandmadeuk@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving the goods. You will have a further 7 days to return the goods once we have been notified.

If 14 days have gone by since your purchase and we have not received a request for a refund then we will not offer you a refund or an exchange.

If a request for a refund has been made within 7 days of purchase, you have a further 7 days to return the goods.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Unfortunately, we do not offer free return labels and you will need to arrange your own postage. Please use a tracked service as we cannot be held responsible for any lost returns.

There are certain situations where no refunds are granted:
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Any item that has not been requested for a refund after 14 days of purchase.
Any item that is returned more than 28 days after delivery.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
